Herp Derp, also known as Harp Darp, or more commonly known as simply Derp is a character in rage comics. It is a face showing a character's stupidity, similar to Genius. Herp Derp is usually depicted as the victim in comics.

The Rage Guy is the angry counterpart of Derp, he is often accompanied by the caption “FFFFFFUUUUUUUUU-”.
Kitteh smile[edit | edit source]
Kitteh smile is one of Derp's counterparts, he looks just like Derp, just that his face is: ^w^.

The Whyyyyy Guy is the sad counterpart of Derp, he is often accompanied by the caption “WHY?”.

The Pffftch Guy is very similar to the Rage Guy, just that he's laughing and instead of being accompanied by the caption “FFFFFFUUUUUUUUU-”, he's accompanied by the caption “Pffftch”

The face was first used in a comic called "Rage Comic FFUU"[1] in which it is criticized for being poorly drawn.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- When the face first appeared, He was shown with eyebrows that gives it a worried look. While the original version is still used rarely today, most versions show it without the eyebrows.
- The Feels Guy has a similar concept of design to Herp Derp.
