His first known post was on [[4chan]] in 2018, and beginning in the 2020s, the character has become closely associated with the Political Compass meme and other [[Wojak Comics|Wojak Comic]] formats. 

In [[Wojak Comics]], the character has been used as an expression of psychopathy or extremism, whether for extreme political ideologies or some extreme situation involving insanity. The expression has also been used ironically to describe a story involving some type of insanity or extreme situation. He is similar to [[Trollge]].
